For this project, I created a series of illustrations for a children’s book telling “IL RISVEGLIO DI BRUNO” of Gabriele Di Camillo. The story of a bear living in the Abruzzo region. The project involved developing a visual narrative that brings the character and the landscapes of Abruzzo to life, balancing whimsy, charm, and a sense of place.

I focused on character design, scene composition, and color storytelling, ensuring that each illustration captures the mood and emotion of the story while engaging young readers. The work highlights the natural beauty of Abruzzo’s forests and mountains, blending realistic details with playful, imaginative elements to create a warm and immersive reading experience.
